Master 16452 – Super-T Body Filler

Super-T is a high-performance, clog-free, lightweight polyester body filler designed to deliver fast, smooth, and efficient auto body repairs. Art. no. 16452, this 1 L formula provides excellent workability and a premium finish.

• Tack-free, smooth finish: Formulated to create an extremely flat surface with no need for finishing putty.

• Easy to mix and apply: Simple 100 : 2 mixing ratio (filler to hardener) provides reliable results.
• Excellent adhesion: Bonds strongly to steel and zinc-coated steel.

Super-T can be applied to:

•  Steel and aluminum (sanded and degreased)
• Zinc-coated steel (properly prepared)
• Sanded fiberglass (GFK/GRP)
• Polyester putties
• Acrylic or epoxy primers
• Existing sound coatings

Not recommended over reactive primers, 1K acrylic, or nitrocellulose products.

Mixing & Cure Information

• Mix ratio: 100 parts filler to 2 parts hardener
• Pot life: ~4–6 minutes at 68 °F
• Cure time: ~10–20 minutes at 68 °F
• Sanding range: P100 to P280
